Sometimes, all you need a little reminder to put things in perspective. I've got this one taped up on my bathroom mirror right now.
Unplugging often helps too. That's what I'm running off to do this weekend, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear a tweet out of me! {there could be an instagram or two though}
